Funny you say that. I was in a funny mood some years ago and picked up a can of Lamcello Perry in Morrisons. Surprisingly unpleasant but went straight to my head I forgot to add no to wine too

Re: Moans and Pet Hates
People that turn up at your door and lightly tap on the door (They're on video). When there is a ring door bell that you can't miss next to the door. It has a light on it, it stands out. But for some people they just ignore pressing the button. Then mark down on their paperwork that there was no answer and move on to the next house. Same with delivery drivers. Why can't they press the damn doorbell??? Feckwits...

I agree! Not hearing quiet knocks is why I got the damn doorbell in the first place! Drives me mad when callers don't use it!

Delivery drivers are great at not pressing the doorbell. Thinking they can not be seen unless they press. Even though they are triggered by movement. I had one yesterday who just knocked, put the parcel down on doorstep and just left. Didn't even wait ten seconds to see if anyone answered. Good thing I was in and manged to get it. If I wasn't it would have just sat there all day.

You can build up tolerance to a point that your drug of choice, alcohol, seems to have little or no effect. But it usually is, in a bad way, to your liver, kidneys and braincells.
Cutting-down will help you lose that tolerance quite quickly.
I know a few who took the advice to have a few "dry days" per week, and they all say that they "get the buzz back" on the days they do drink.

Re: Moans and Pet Hates
I don't drink daily. It's not even every other day. Its once or twice a month then I go without for some months, I literally forget about alcohol.
I've been drinking diet tonic lately. Is the sugar factor questionable?
