40 points behind with 5 races and 2 sprints left. How unlucky it he misses out for those issues he had with the car

If Norris wins the Mexican GP, Pastry needs to be 4th or better to not be behind in the championship, I think Norris is becoming the favourite now, not sure why Pastry is struggling.

I don't know how to feel. I'm happy Charles got second but I also wanted Max with more points

Great race for Norris, virtual safety car saved Leclerc from losing P2, excellent drive from Bearman, nice recovery for Pastry but I feel Lewis 10 second penalty wasn't fair because it was ultimately caused by Maxes first lap dive bombing.

The virtual safety car nearly screwed him. Max gained a lot when it was deployed. He was nowhere near as close prior.

A single point between the McLaren drivers. Max 36 points behind.

Ooo boo's for Lando ?

McLaren chief executive Zak Brown says the team would rather lose the Drivers' Championship to Max Verstappen than favour Lando Norris or Oscar Piastri in the title fight.

A very different top 10 for tomorrow, I think Lando has it in the bag though if all goes smoothly.
