They also sent me a box to pack my old Hub3 in then I just dropped it off at one of my local shops in a village near me.
Although I tried tracking it after that and that info never said it arrived at Virgin, but I had proof of sending it so wasn't worried.

Coincidentally my VM return flat pack arrived a few days ago after being misdelivered to a random house on my street courtesy of HM Royal Fail. Shipped it off this evening. Good riddance!
