Switching off VirginMedia voicemail service.

Requests to stop Virgin voicemail service still not carried out after two calls. I have my own answerphone machine which did work originally but is now blocking any incoming calls.

Re: Switching off VirginMedia voicemail service.

Google says call 1571 and select the option to cancel Free voicemail, have you done this?

Mine must be off as I hardly use the phone so had no idea this service existed.

Cancellation on 1571 only works on some of the exchanges. If you have no luck through phone support, then try the Community Forum.
