Not sure you've understood the rankings. We're only 77th best. Most EU countries are far less bureaucratic than us. That includes Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, etc.

Misread the quote , must be good being so god like  still I am quite happy with all my lights on and the heating at a constant 22 c 24 hrs a day so I take batty over sad any time.
