Oat coated deli roll with a slice of roast beef, horseradish sauce, lite mayo and iceberg lettuce.
Full Scottish* breakfast around 10 this morning so only a light snack needed after a liquid lunch.

*Like English but with Scottish black pudding.

Skin on cod (turmeric powder and salt). Onion and tomato masala (turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, salt). Rice.
Cod seared skin down then flipped for a short period. Masala fried. Fluffy white rice.

			Simple but tasty dinner.
Cumberland sausages and plenty of buttery creamy mash, doused in gravy and fried onions.

 Can't best it.

Please forgive me if this is the wrong thread,I searched the bases for "EAT" and I was looking for "What did you last eat?" but couldnt find one so ill just put it here.....
I last ate a can of SLICED CARROTS and I get the one with NO SALT ADDED because the one with salt IS NOT SALT,its Calcium chloride which is a DE-ICER and has caused me problems!!

Why they put this garbage in our food is beyond me....... I get the one w/o added salt and add my own NATURAL SEA SALT....

I swear they do this on purpose to hurt people...... Why else put this crap in food that doesnt belong there??????

 | Sorry Dude calcium chloride is a salt, an inorganic compound. It can actually be a medication used to build Calcium in the body. Used for building strength in the bones.

It is not harmful.

That is also why it is used in deicer as it is very water soluble and of course salt is very good at melting ice. That is also why it's used in foods as the salt water you find food stored in ie brine.

No weird harmful chemical at all. I was on Calcium tablets for a few years when I had kidney failure and needed supplements.

However why on earth would you eat tinned carrots? Just buy some fresh carrots then peel and slice them yourself. I love eating raw carrots as its so tasty.

Its estimated the average person consumes between 160 & 345 mg of Calcium Chloride a day.
