			Not sure why anyone is surprised, it what unregulated capitalists do especially when so much personal wealth removes all sense of obligation to their own country and its citizens.
 I personally think that large corporates should be made to employ minimum numbers people (not on min wage) in the country they generate revenue from.

Just the ones where large corporates generate large revenues with minimal investment and pay low tax. I'd start with the US and Europe.
