Just been to a local pub that’s re-opened for Sunday lunches (New Inn, Eccup) - has a lovely Barnsley Chop with roasties, Yorkshire Pudding, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots & parsnips that had been caramelised on a griddle, washed down with a pint of Black Sheep.
 Yum!!!

Onions cooked in butter, bacon, milk, cream, lots of cheese, sweetcorn.
Not so good for your circulatory system though.

Just prepped the ingredients for a pea & asparagus risotto, which I’ll cook after we put our grandson to bed at 6:30 (he is staying one night and the following day a week, now his mum has gone back to work).
