I had some nice beef from the farmer's market (back rib) that I cut to fist size pieces, put a spice rub on overnight, then cooked on my Foukou BBQ mopping with ketchup and water to give a slight sweetness. Served with tortilla (both Spanish and wraps), salads stuff, salsa, sour cream.
