While in lockdown I discovered Marmite, but the jar is running out and because the main ingrediant Brewers Yeast is hard to get production has stopped on all sizes except the 250g jars.

Saturday - Breakfast - banged some chick breasts out thin, marinated overnight and cooked chicken burgers for men's Zoom breakfast with church (normally we'd meed for bacon rolls).
Dinner - I made a chicken pho broth with chicken wings, then put the wings in oven with some seasoning and backed them - a little overdone but tasty. Veggie stir fry and used the broth with noodles and thin sliced chicken breasts - some fried crispy, some tender.

Sunday dinner - got some nice rolled Italian sausage at Costco for a barbie but guests couldn't make it so cooked in tomato sauce, served half the sos with a little bit of sauce, Greek style pita and salad. (Remaining will be with mashed potatoes latter in week.)
