This is probably why you can't get through Paul:https://www.sky.com/shop/covid19-upd...qEGUppgvPD_BwE
The trouble is, I believe that you can't cancel online. They'll want to speak to you to persuade you not to cancel. I've heard of horror stories where people have been trying to persuade Sky to cancel or downgrade and it's taken hours
No idea if VM are the same.

No idea if VM are the same. | It took me 15 minutes to get through, and another 15 to downgrade, part of that was deciding if I should make any other changes.
There was no horror, in fact it was all very good & professional.

No idea if VM are the same. | I used live chat and gave my notice to cancel no problem , I have since been given a deal I'm more than happy with via live chat after following a link from my Sky account all pain free.

The Premier League is in risk of breaching its broadcast contract and stand to lose handsomely should the season be void.https://www.digitalstudiome.com/broa...to-coronavirus

		| UK’s Sportsmail stated that under the terms of contracts signed with Sky Sports, BT Sport and overseas broadcasters, the Premier League are committed to delivering a completed fixture programme by July 31, with the contract for the next season kicking in on August 1. |
