Re: What are you eating now thread?

Yesterday I did a "pork feast" - I had a pork knuckle from the farmer's market (£1.50) so got some chorizo and planned to cook with some beans and eat with bread. Then we invite round some friends from church. So off to farmer's market again - I managed to get another knuckle (£1.50) and a block of black pudding.
Added quite a bit of paprika (sweet and smoked hot), onions, lots of garlic, chicken stock, can of tomatoes. Cooked up for a couple of hours, then cut meat of bones and back to oven to finish - even got a little bit of crackling.

Wife did cauliflower cheese for the veggematics.

Mr Brain's f@ggots, steamed taters, white cabbage and broccoli.
Seems Facebook banned the use of f@ggots with their filter as well. Rescinded after appeal by the butcher involved.
