Lamb leg steaks cooked medium on my cast iron griddle pan. Roasted taters and parsnips. Steamed leeks and carrots

28 day aged rump steaks from Lidl. Promotion at £4.69 a lb. Absolutely superb!
Griddled medium-rare with mushrooms and onion slices. Oven chips and beer battered onion rings. Peas and quick green peppercorn sauce.
