web e-mail
Can anybody help ?, after spending a good 2 hours on the phone I eventually managed to get Broadband up and running. However upon trying to set up the e-mail accounts I have run into a real problem.
My user name / e-mail address is just not working, and yes I have checked and double checked this, tried changing the password (which I was allowed to do), and now I just can't access anything !!
Any ideas or do I need to spend another 2 hours on hold to NTL !!
