70M : Speed 1mb

Please bear with me but I am getting less than 1mb on a daily basis.
i phoned Virgin Meai last Friday and they switched me overseas then back to the UK then back overseas.
I waited 25 minutes then siomeone from another department reailised noone was answering the phone in the UK so answered then said they would put me though to the correct department only for me to be switched overseas again.
So after an hour I finally got through to faults and they asked me to check my connection and lo and behold it was working.
But the following day it was back to 1mb.
This happens every day.
Please can you help.

Jost checked on Ookla its now 23ping 0.42mb down and 5.02up

Just checked on Ookla this morning its now 27 ping 3.7 down and 0.81 up ad its locking up andcrashing every few minutes.

Could you post your downstream and upstream stats? Would help to rule those out first.

Sorry but Ill have to get baxk to you about the downstream levels but this morning my speedtest was the same as yesterday so I phoned VM and wastold my computer was responsible and was asked to try another computer I said I was not prepared to do this as I might damage my eqyuipment whilst on the phone.
I then set up another computer and it was the same.
This afternoon I tried again it was 78 down on one 80 on the other I was happy
But tonight its 3.5 down and 04 up on both.
