I am trying to record Jeremy Kyle on ITV3.
The Series Link is showing ITV Hub. What is the Hub ? The recordings do not record although they are shown in Planned Recordings and then are deleted and I enter them all again - the same thing happens. I just cannot seem to record this show.
I do not remember seeing Hub before.
How can I get rid of this so my recordings work as they should ?

The Hub is the catchup and on demand service for ITV.
You must have the series link set for recordings and streaming.
Change it to recordings only.

Thank you so much. I never put it on " recordings and streaming." and the result was mystifying when no recordings occurred.
I have now put it on "recordings only" and hopefully it will now be OK.
It must seem a silly little thing to you, but to me it was very puzzling.

It confused me too. Part of the update I think. I have stopped the "streaming " option globally.

Personally we are quite happy with the streaming option but others might think differently.

it's extremely useful (recently managed to watch the final seasons of Cougar Town and S1 of Killjoys prior to recording S2) but, being an absolute control freak, I too have it off in SL+ settings and use it only when required.
Control Freak-ery is a good thing - well, for a control freak anyway

Set back
I did what was said in the previous posts for 3 programs in the afternoon and they all showed the red R as being recorded on various checks, but they never appeared on the finished recordings list. All others do this and show the red R.
When the programs had finished, none of them were listed on my finished recording list - they had gone ! Also a number of my past recordings have been deleted.
Any clues please ?

Press Home followed by 6 to get Recording Hiccups. This should tell you why the recordings failed.

Last evening I had set a programme to record, on a series link I set several days ago. I noticed halfway through that the red recording LED wasn't lit. I flipped to that programme and it was indeed showing as per the schedule. A quick look in "hiccoughs" revealed it was marked as "not available".

Many of the deleted recordings are not on the hiccup list.

all might be the return of the mass delete bug but that's supposed to have been sorted.

I haven't heard TiVO's version but I'm old enough to have heard Mr C's rendition twice in the Usher Hall in Edinburgh.

I've had the same problem (as well as many others).
Recordings are sometimes not there and then mysteriously return
The Recording Hiccups screen usually gives false reasons too.
"Limit reached" is a favourite (we never did get to the bottom of what this was supposed to mean) as is "clash", when I know for a fact some were not recorded because they had been removed from the EPG.
