I'm impressed

Yesterday I took delivery of a superhub two as an upgrade to enable me to avail of the free upgrade to 150mbs. I'm using the superhub in modem only mode in conjunction with an asus router. The whole experience went like clockwork from requesting the upgrade to now enjoying in excess of the 150 mb consistently on all devices anywhere on our property.

The "new" modem didn't look brand new as it seemed to have been cleaned with a liquid that has left a few water marks. Otherwise I am extremely happy with the whole experience.

What do I do with the old unit? My understanding is that it is the property of Virginmedia and should be returned but there are no instructions on how to do this. Any advice please.

If you've got the SH1 then it can be recycled at an appropriate recycling facility (Virgin Media contribute to the WEEE DTS scheme so help cover costs for this)

bishop84 is an unknown quantity at this point
Re: I'm impressed

I took mine to the local Virgin Media store. They scanned the barcode and gave me a receipt stating that it had been returned.
