Pork chow mein with beansprouts, some sliced peppers and spring onions. Sauce is a Sharwood's but the rest is fresh. Good to get the wok out.

Haunch of venison steaks, medium rare on my cast iron griddle with onion rings and mushrooms. Oven chips and battered onion rings. Peas. Bearnaise sauce and ketchup. Superb! Tender and tasty.

Pasta shells with a creamy garlic mushroom sauce. Paremesan reggiano.
Couldn't find a recipe that was exactly what I wanted so I went from first principles.
