Or he could have said "nothing much happened, I'm OK, no fuss" instead of saying "well, I don't want to talk about, but if I have to, someone tried to assassinate me"...
Also, he said the mechanics said it was foul play, and the mechanics, and their boss, said they didn't say this - what about that point?
