Unhappy No Virgin mail using Firefox

Have a problem with Virgin e-mail using Firefox beta 44.0b2.

Message reads as this:

The connection to identity.virginmedia.com was interrupted while the page was loading.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Is there a solution.

Cheers

Re: No Virgin mail using Firefox

Hi jb66

Yes I have tried these two settings. I think I will export my bookmarks and then do a complete new install, then try virginmedia mail (not importing any book marks or addons). Strange thing it works in IE and Chrome ok!!!!

Cheers for the reply and a Happy Christmas and New Year to you.

Sorted it.... I uninstalled and I am not on the beta channel any more but on 43.0.2 version. I did not have to reinstall my bookmarks. Mail is now working ok.

The only thing that is still up the swanie is an addon called Ghostery the option buttons are greyed out. O well... I think they know about it.
