OK, went back to the UK team and a new hub will be here this week.
She said there's a ticket pending and if/when they try and send the new file to my old hub, I'm probably going to have no connection all until the new hub arrives and it's able to accept the new config file.

That's not good.
She couldn't help me with the current speed issue I have gained since yesterday however.. I'm going to put that down to the inclement weather and hope things get ironed out with the new hub.
