Re: Just got the SuperHub 3
a couple of questions then:
1) does it have modem mode?
2 how many bonded channels can it use upstream and downstream? I can remember reading 16x8 somewhere but I wasn't sure if that was just speculation.

No point now as the regular customers can say what they wish.

Re: Just got the SuperHub 3
depends on the area, some have 8 down some have 16. although some that have 16 channels are having latency problems

I'm pretty sure it's been widely publicised as a 24x8 device and, indeed, that's what the kit it's based on does. It can probably do 32x8 with a license update.

They also have an engineer to sort out the crap that comes with it. took me 7hrs to get mine working and the Indian women on the phone after the self install didn't work didn't actually believe I had one kept asking me if the tick light was on and I kept telling her it doesn't have a tick light.
The only light that stays on once it is booted up and running is a small white light at the bottom

Re: Just got the SuperHub 3
What I did was hit the modem and take it off the walled garden using my phone (password is a Joke btw) then I installed the TiVo and phone. When I came back all was online

Meh! If there's something obviously privy to the trial, fair enough, but if the OP is having an issue with something, like he was with the DHCP range, I'd be happy to say if this was a known issue in the form of PM.
I wouldn't however post the list of known issues on a thread.
