Both the Service page and the VM Website response reflected a fix when I posted. Unfortunately accessing it in early hours today again indicated the fault was not fixed and when I finally managed to access Service page then low and behold the fault had been re-opened!
Looks like the first wasn't an actual fix more like a one of VM's constantly premature Review dates....
