My tolerance has risen quite quickly, but I am still not ready for a raw Carolina Reaper or a Chocolate Bubblegum 7 pot. In that directions lies much pain.

Lamb leg steaks griddled with rosemary, garlic, mint and onions. Roasted taters, parsnips. Steamed broccoli, courgette, carrots and leeks. Gravy.
