shocking service from virgin

shocking service from virgin

they tell me theres a problem in my area so dont worry , it will be fixed my the 8th of july .
so i wait patiently and its still the same , internet constantly interupts , wifi non existant. its on then off but u cant connect anyway .
called them again yesterday and got someone decent who told me im not on the service completely so sent software to the superhub and said wait and try again
my wife had the phone put down on her today, everyones virtually out of phone data and now im told it will be fixed on the 19th august
150 my ass im not even getting 20 and 2 up

I assume from what you have said that you are using the superhub in router mode as you mention wifi being erratic. We need data on the upstream channels and which superhub it is 1, 2 or 3.

let us know what they say because I am curious. Those downstream power levels are fine. What are the upstream like?
