Problems log into my VM web mail it sends to Gmail
Log into my Virgin Web mail account and it goes to my Virgin Web mail then I get a message "sign in to Gmail"
Is any one else having this problem?
What is the problem?

As far a I know, Virgin Mail runs on Gmail, and has for years.

Yea must be sort of problem. When I sign in to virgin mail, for a few seconds its on virgin mail then suddenly jumps to my gmail account

Just logged into email account ending in @ntlworld.com. When I hover on the email address in top right hand corner it says Google Account *****@ntlworld.com
but no message about signing in.
Just sent an email with no problems

Same problem here, pressing back arrow eventually gets me into view mail.

Been happening to me for a few days now though intermittent.
Also when viewing messages it sometimes goes into Google.

There is a fault disruption.
When customers click on the Webmail link on VM Homepage, they are redirected to Google Mail. To resolve this please clear cache and cookies and re-open browser.

I hate the webmail interface. Last time I used it was to amend the spam filter that was quaranteening perfectly good mail at Google towers.
Normally I let Thunderbird handle the interfaces to the servers.

I think gmail's web interface is one of the best web interfaces around. I much prefer it over outlook (desktop or web).

I'm glad it satisfies your expectations. 
So, how to create a white list to let incorrectly blocked mail through?
No help, no way that I can see apart from switching off the filters. I spent ages going through all the options.
Bleeding useless. It's so clunky. And slow. And it looks like (a word we're not allowed to use)

Erm. there's an option in filters to "Never send it to spam". That's it. You can then whitelist via whatever criteria you want.
Or disable the spam filtering completely by matching "is:spam". That's not so obvious but it's well known.

I don't find it slow or clunky at all. It's faster than any desktop client I've ever tried (including thunderbird), especially with the amount of email I have.
I stand by my point, though - name me a single better web interface
