I sit in the shade and "hydrate" regularly...
When walking around (shopping, sightseeing, etc.) I have Factor 30 and a Panama hat to help protect my very pale (Scottish of Irish extraction) skin.

We went to Fareham town centre today and phewwwww it was very very warm.
l bought some E45 cream and some cold refreshing drinks which have been drunk pretty quickly.
