Even trains at 9.00 Mark it can be pretty packed from Waterloo but you should be alright on the way back.
l am glad your sugar is improving gradually Mark and sooner rather then later l am sure you will get it to a level you are happy with.

What made me laugh was when booking them, I was asked for seat preferences. When I specified them, the next page says that I cannot reserve seats. Well why bloody ask then?

At least you'll be travelling on decent Southern region electric trains.
Most advance booked tickets require a reserved seat but not all legs of the journey can have one. Guess yours is one of those.

Looking forward to it actually, now I need to get in touch with the Jobcentre and tell them that I won't be around that day. Although in the past, I've been told if it isn't a signing day then I don't need to declare it. Will mention it next week when I sign though.

It looks like it's going to be a nice day. I'm going to shut down the PC shortly and go for a walk up on the downs to Cissbury ring*. It's under 1/2 mile from our place until you're on open land. I need to get some air.

			A couple of happy thoughts....
First one, my god-son got his results yesterday, and he got a First in Maths (Birmingham University) - he was bricking it, as his job offer was dependent on at least a 2.1.

Second happy thought - I finish a Fixed Term Contract (two and a half years) at the end of this month, and I will take a month or two off whilst I decide what to do next, so looking forward to a relaxing summer (I have been working 60 hour weeks for the last eighteen months, which is why I didn't take up their offer of another year's FTC).
