I've just received an email from VM:

Ummmm... I was "supercharged" several months ago. Maybe their email system is still trying to catch up?

Same message here!
I downgraded from 100Mb after being lifted from 60Mb last year, couldn't make use at the time so settled at 50Mb for a lower charge.
So if my 50Mb does change up to 100Mb again, is this the start of the 100/200/?Mb that has been discussed earlier.

I am glad it isn't just me. I got an email saying that "after my recent enquiry into increasing my broadband speed" I have now been upgraded to 152mbits and I thought "bit late, I have been on that for a year and a half". I checked my config as well to make sure they didn't screw things up.

I am half hoping they have pushed through all the upgrades so they can say the current programme is complete. If I was a betting man I would say they announced 200mbit tier (and possibly the 100/200/300 move) in July with initial rollout in a handful of areas planned for November so they can say it is being started this year.

I have had two emails now saying I have been supercharged to 100mb, when in fact I have had 152 since October. Something in VM's systems is a miss.

What they mean is you can download now at 50mb/s instead of the 15mb/s lol
