Glad Sunday is nearly over. Neighbour had one of their grandchildren round today, noisy little beggar. Had to shut my back door cos he was so noisy, hope to Christ she won't have him round during Summer holidays as I will not be very amused if he is going to be making that kind of row for 6 weeks.

My brother has just sorted out the drain in the disabled shower as it was running away very slowly as he used bicarb and white vinegar followed by warm water and a plunger and now it is running away beautifully.

My car had a fault, it felt like I was pressing the brake peddle even with cruise control, and kicking out black smoke and crap mileage, turns out a split in the turbo pipe so £135 rather than the EGR issue I thought.

Hate to think what a plumber might have charged. | Probably £200 l reckon but thankfully we have a family who are very helpful to us quite a lot especially when it comes to those difficult jobs which l would love to do but sadly l can't.

Just had a couple of big LED matrix signs dropped off by an engineer from a company I'm doing some power supply work for. These are the signs you see on buss' showing the destinations and other info. Going to light up the study when I get them fired up. Pass this test and one more step to project completion.
