It was supposed to be Herb-crusted Tenderloin of Pork.
But I went downstairs earlier and found my daughter had fried-up the whole near 1Kg piece for her lunch!
It's a horrible piece of meat if reheated, so I have told her she has to eat the lot before doing anything else.
