Actually the headlines a bit mis leading ,unheard of from the Daily Fail I know but what this actually is ,is a case in the ECJ to try to rule the 'Right to reside Test ' illegal and discriminatory' .It was introduced by Labour in 2004 and was doomed to failure from day one

I'm not so sure we would be better out, I advocated leaving for years, sometimes on this forum and voted ukip long before it became fashionable, now its possible we're on the brink of just that I want to know more, not from the shysters peddling their own agenda but cold hard, unadulterated facts before making my mind up. The more I see of ukip the less enamoured with them I become to.

Given that 13% of "immigrants" (as claimed by Alan Johnson) are "British" people returning from working abroad, how many people claiming are ex-pats?
Normally I like the BBC but recently their anti-immigrant stance has been a bit sickening.
Channel 4 has been giving a much more reasonable viewpoint on the "immigration crisis" in the UK.
