VOD programme "not available yet"?!

When trying to access last Sundays The Andrew Marr Show, I get the message "This programme is not available to view yet"!

Does anybody know what this means, i've never come across this before?

Re: VOD programme "not available yet"?!

Are you trying to view on V/V+ or TiVo? have you found the program through listings or by searching?

In my past experience this usually means that the program is available in the "national" database, but not on your local headend.

It's a VOD fault, that's for sure.

I found it via a search with the V+, as it wasn't showing on the daily list for Sunday at 9am. I had originally thought that it had been displaced by Rememberence Sunday programming.

I've noticed that on the iplayer, some programmes aren't available prior to the linear broadcast, but this was shown three days ago!

So does each headend have it's own VOD content?

Most do, but a few share with a neighbour.
