			Rhubarb pie and custard.  Not much left in the freezer - maybe enough for another 3 or 4 pies, so one a month till the new season.  You can't beat forced rhubarb, and living in the triangle it can go from shed to freezer in only a couple of hours.

			IIRC it's EU rules that say you can only call it jam when the fruit content is high enough. ( 60% ?) If not you have to call it something else.
