Power levels?

Past few weeks the connection randomly stops working for a certain time, sometimes 5 minutes sometimes 30 and its incredibly annoying. I'm guessing it has something to do with downstream and upstream so was hoping someone would have a look and tell me if I need an engineer? Thanks

Re: Power levels?

You have a more fundamental problem as you have only one downstream channel. I would make a fault call to Virgin Media.

Re: Power levels?

your upstream is too high causing the hub to only lock onto 1 downstream
