Tivo says duplicate, but not duplicate
What am I doing wrong here, please?
Set wishlist to find 'The Dark Room' when it appeared. Was on Drama channel yesterday as a boxed set ie showed all 4 episodes. Found out today that Tivo had recorded 1st episode and marked other 3 as 'duplicate' so didn't record.
Is there a way round this for future reference?

It was an error in the guide data. It should have been defined as a mini-series, but had been defined as a standalone movie four times over. TiVo thought they were identical so only recorded the first one.
Change your WishList recording options to record "Everything" in case they make the same mistake next time it is broadcast.

Hi, Silverlady. This doesn't normally happen, but I always double check when I have 'series recorded' something that there are several rings around the 'R' sign that appears on the EPG when you have completed the action. If there is only one circle, you are not on series record and you need to go to the other parts of the programme and record them individually.
