My feelings exactly! Whatever happened to the short lived essential family collection?

Re: Kahuna
Yep, got the "give our team a call".
Currently on BB:M (20 and due to get 50 V.soon - not desperate for more than that)
TV:XL
Phone:M (and would get rid if it wasn't for the way they price bundles around it)
Saw previous post, and if it's a £10/mo 1 year and £5/mo 2 year discount they're offering, then it's not bad (since they erode the old loyalty discount bit by bit).
Is that "the letter deal?" - or is there anything that keeps TV:XL for less?

I wish I'd known that...Just had the new Superhub fitted by an engineer at a cost of 49 quid and it only took 5 minutes. At least I'm paying a lot less per month now and the broadband is a damn site faster

Re: Kahuna
I am with Virgin at the moment and have up to 60 MB broadband,M+ TV package, XL Phone and Sky Sports and I am paying around £101 for it. So when I found out about the Big Kahuna package I was really happy as it would save me quite a bit of money. I called both 150 and the 0800 number and was told I could only have the Big Bang package and that would save me a grand total of £3 from what I am paying now. To say I am disappointed is putting it mildly and even though I have been with Virgin since the beginning when they were Cabletel, I am now considering going elsewhere.

Re: Kahuna
They've just offered me the kahuna with HD sports and movies at £76 for 6 months. Then it rises to £94, or £81 if I drop the broadband down to 50mb. I pay the line rental up front so not really sure what to do to be honest. My discounts and contract end next week and I'll be paying around £90 without the line rental, and that's just with 60mb broadband. If I take it with the 50mb it's a saving of around £10. Might chance chucking in a months notice and giving it a few weeks to see what happens. Anyone had any good deals in the last couple of weeks?
