Attenuation too high in both directions. You ought to be moved to a lower tap point if possible.

I was posting them on behalf of my friend.

My friend will be getting 50mb sometime this week, will the installer have access to the cabinet to change on to another tap?

Yes the installer can access the cab and change the levels if need be
