Has anyone else's price gone up
Last night we had to call VM as we had problems on our account - an increase. It was £108 per month. Is now increased to £115
VM have secretly put our price up on the XL package - without our knowledge.
We have had to cancel the Movie pack and get Netflix as part of a new deal to keep the price the way it was before.
As anyone had this problem

Re: Has anyone else's price gone up
I knew about the price rises from this forum but Virgin never mentioned them to me, no letter, no email, and not even a mention when i was negotiating a new deal in January.

I've never known Arthur to whinge about being on the breadline.
The increases were excessive this year IMHO; a big chunk of that must have been to pay for BT Sport, whether you watch it or not.

Re: Has anyone else's price gone up
There was nothing hidden about the prices rises. There were countless posts on CF and also VM would have written to you to let you know.

Re: Has anyone else's price gone up
Mine went up about £5.75 line rental is up by £1 now to £15.99 unless that was part of the increase I don't know I just noticed the line rental was more this month.
But I knew last year the price was going up.
What channel is BT sport can't say I've noticed it when browsing the channels
