VOD Missing SD version on Sky On Demand.

On the V+, episode 3 of The Kumars first broadcast on 28/1/14 is missing.

The HD version is there, but I'm not able to view it. I can't access it on the VM TV Anywhere site either as it doesn't yet support my devices.

Any suggestions anybody?

I haven't got a HD TV, but did assume that I'd be able to view HD content in SD, but no.

If I try to view the HD version, a message comes up stating that a HD TV needs to be connected to the V+ HDMI socket in order to view the content.
