TiVo : Big matches unwatchable in HD

I have the Sky Sports Collection on my TiVo and have had major problems watching big games in HD recently. Most of the time the picture is good but it seems when there is a big match on which a lot of people want to see the HD picture keeps breaking up, disappearing to black and becoming impossible to watch.

Today I had no problems with the Swansea v Tottenham match but the Chelsea v Man Utd. match was unwatchable. I also recall a similar problem last weekend during the Man Utd. v Swansea match.

Switching to SD solves the problem but I am paying for HD!

I had a similar problem. You have a signal issue on the feed coming into the house. Contact VM and they will check this and sort it out for you.

Never had a problem with this, i watched all the footie in HD yesterday and the PQ was perfect!

Luckily I do not have this problem either. Hope it is sorted for you folks.

mine is ok in HD to can watch all the football in HD
