Its not that l dislike him but there should be a consistent policy which frankly as far as the FA are concerned will never happen as they could not organise a **** up in a brewery.

Managers are there as role models to a wider audience so need to set a decent example as people in this country and worldwide see these scenes and thus there is no excuses at all for his very poor behaviour.
