With the move of more channels to the lower M+ Pack, I wonder what is in store for us on XL and higher ? - At the moment, it is starting to make sense to lower my package

Secondly yes the XL package is being downgraded a great deal at the moment with all the channels moving to m+. I think BT sports is the only thing keeping me on XL

I think VM are aiming to save passing the BT cost to consumers by making the lower packs more attractive meaning more customers. However these moves seem to bring Virgin line with Sky. Sky's EE pack contains every channel but HD and I believe is the same price as Virgins L.

 | And there are many people on the XL pack who have no interest in sport as well.

 | same here along with HD, Be Interesting to know if there are any plans in the pipeline to offer HD in other packages other than XL (excluding the FTA ones)

TV L is the same price as Sky's bottom 'Entertainment' package

Now that Sky have got EE+ which along with HD includes other things, you can't make that comparison
