Mainly because of the fact that customers can be on all sorts of existing packages, it's quicker and simpler to do it via the phone

Isn't when my phone is knackered. Even tried to download digital home support to use online chat. But it keeps saying I'm not a virgin broadband customer.

Im probably assuming but I don't think Sky channels are coming, Ben is way to active. I remember he went into hiding during the BT Sports fiasco!

TV anywhere for android launches more devices to come soon
no new sky channels will launch this year
