Ah I had restarted Tivo from the menu but no Netflix, it took a hard reboot for it to appear.

You can add it as a favourite app, which'll put it in the top menu item under Apps & Games.

Can confirm got it here in Telford after a reboot at 4am.
No Netflix app yet on mine, but I'm guessing a second reboot will bring it.

I have no problem doing this ... no plans to move anyway, but I am on XL, so assume that this is the premiere package ?

There appears to be no way of taking up the offer via "my Virginmedia" - so how do I go about it ?

Re: TiVo Update/Netflix

I was told I'd loose one of my loyalty discounts for wanting the 6 months free Netflix, so just stuck with the discount as worth more in long run.

Give retentions a ring they'll sort it for you , don't bother with CS as they prob won't know about Netflix yet.
