Ok. tax.
but from what I've read it reads that they won't be classing them as medicine anymore?

I personally think that the whole country will be divided soon anyway.
rich v poor.
the poor will just buy on the black market (which will expand massively)
and the rich will be the mugs that pay the tax on the government stuff.
you could say that this is what they've foreseen happening anyway.

Feck the EU and all their bigoted representatives.

What on Earth would all the Eurocrats do to earn a crust if they didn't have everyone's affairs to meddle with?

They won't be able to tax them now after the EU ruling on them on Tuesday.
Mcaven proved to be worthy of nothing and a mouthpiece for the Pharma Companies and Tobacco Companies.
There's thousands of people giving up the weed on a weekly basis for the more healthy Vaping option.
The Government are losing out on revenue from the sale of Tobacco.
I noticed that she requested for further negotiations which, proves to me that she's being paid by the big Pharma and Tobacco Companies.

E cigs are far safer than real fags and yet the Government and the EU want to tax them out of existence. I never understand the idiots in power whoever they may be

Yup, the Government and the tobacco companies must be losing a fortune with people switching to the Vapor options.
There was something on the news this morning about the government losing billions of pounds a year to illegal tobacco imports, there's no call for tobacco imports anymore vaping is the way to go.

The government's tax take on tobacco is now over 81p in the £.
Are eCigs VAT'ed?

Anyone with common sense buys them online from the UK or abroad. Same product for a lower cost. They would be even more popular if high street shops and the likes of E-lites buggered off.

A mate of mine sells them from his shop round here, I'm in the process of converting over from the smelly ciggies onto Vaping.
A set up has cost me just under £45.00, I'll have my money back within 2 weeks if I keep off the ciggies.

Linky
The exact definitions are still somewhat vague even from HMRC.

That link was before the EU voted against making them a medicinal product.
The EU has seen sense for once, the Government are running scared because they're going to lose billions in revenue.

You can get them much cheaper but it doesn't matter because you're still better off, once you're into the vaping game and know the ins and outs you'll see there's a different side to it. I know a site that's selling 100ml for £18 which is very good and it's not half bad stuff either.
