You are right, Fox+ is on 199 on the Anywhere listing, although the +1s that were added yesterday are not there...

At a guess the channels testing are probably;

1. Sky Sports News HD
2. Sky News HD
3. Atlantic (they haven't removed the BT Sport name, probably to disquise what it is)
4. Atlantic HD
5. Disney HD

SSN HD picture is superb I know from when I was with sky

Only others I'd like to see are

History HD

Sky news HD

Sky Atlantic doesn't bother me so I'm not fussed if it arrives or not

I got rumours from two viewers telling me the same thing.

FOX+ (Channel 199) and Disney HD (Maybe Channel 726) may launch tomorrow on Virgin Media.

Why aren't Virgin launching on Channel 159? We would then have

it truly baffles me sometimes how channel numbering is decided. just feels like they put in a hat and pull out at random!

Virgin Media have set aside Channel 159 for Local TV Channels - owners of London Live confirmed this months ago.
