Less of the attitudes towards each other and be more civil and absolutely no name calling.

Definition of Civil:-

i) Adequate in courtesy and politeness

Should a team member have to act on this thread again, it will close and the people responsible for it's closure getting an infraction/warning.

Everyone feels that way at times if you feel your issues are beyond the normal go and see a doctor and get professional help. Airing it on a public forum like this is unlikely to help if you are really that screwed up.
