Google Adwords - A word of warning
I went on a seminar a few months ago
how to improve online business presence etc
There was an offer - spend £25 and get £75 of free advertising
so, in the spirit of the thing gave credit card details etc
we proceeded to create advert campaigns - all very nice
my advice is that you make sure you cancel appropriately as my credit card bill came through and the best part of a monkey (£500) had been removed in a couple of months
Google Ad words is very expensive - so be warned

Adwords does not auto topup unless you tell it to during setup, that was a case of user error.
You tell it to manually topup, load it up with £30 and add your voucher core, then when the free credit and paid credit runs out ads stop.
Yes it is very expensive, sometimes it's cost me £100 a day!

Re: Google Adwords - A word of warning
for the first few weeks google is still working out your web pages quality score and the CPC is artificially high... thats why they can afford to give you a free voucher.
I work in online marketing and know that unless your spending 5k a month and have someone spending 1/2 a day a week tuning your campaign you're never going to get much back from it.

Not a massive return, cost me £100 then I might get £150 back.
But I found the benefit was even though profit was low and broke even only at times and at a loss other times... It got my name out there and I got a few more word of mouth enquiries.
