Cheers mb as always,any news would be much appreciated at the minute.i have actually emailed the CEO office to try and get confirmation that customers can cancel mid contract because I have sadly decided to move to sky,2 years of waiting for sky Atlantic and of course universal amongst others and now this I have had enough.i have been checking Facebook and twitter all day and I can't believe some of the things I have read regarding vm staff and some of there attitudes to customers and still no official statement from vm makes it even worse,I have to give 30 days notice who knows in that time someone might actually do something at vm

Agree bud Denphone as always kept is chin up and kept the faith,he must be terribly disappointed like the rest of us with recent vm actions (or lack off)

Not a VM insider, but investment houses have a view as well, they may well have intimate knowledge though and their view is very very positive and these people are gambling with lots of cash.

Well, I was in a good mood this morning - this thread always lifts my spirits, but the time has come to move on to another now.

I will say goodbye to all the "where is BT Sports" until an official announcement is made, - thanks for all the entertainment over the past few days.

(Oh, and goodbye young_timbo who will surely be banned for that outburst - if a lowly paid nurse had not been there, I would be dead by now) - in my opinion, footballers may be talented, but worth what they are paid ? - never.

I do hope we get the sports channel, even though I probably wont watch "that much of it, but equally, I hope we dont have an increase in our subs to pay for it !

Disappointing the way this thread is turning Can we not get back to complaining about being shafted by Virgin . Someone also posted earlier that they were surprised to see Den post in a negative fashion about this weeks (non)events. He's an optimist but not a half wit, this affair has been a massive own goal by Virgin and to post in a positive fashion about it would be stretching credibility too far even for the most ardent fanboy of Virgin.
